Description

Broxbourne Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from companies interested in tendering for the provision of estate management services. The service is currently managed in-house with a portfolio of over 300 properties not just in Broxbourne but also elsewhere in the UK. The estate includes commercial retail, industrial and business parks, offices, open spaces, leisure and food and beverage outlets amongst others. The service also includes Badger BC Investments Ltd, owned by the Council, which includes mainly residential properties for the private rental market.

Broxbourne Council are seeking Expressions of Interest from companies interested in providing estate management services to the Council's estate portfolio. The service is currently managed in-house and comprises of over 300 properties of varying types, both in the borough but also elsewhere in the UK.
