Description
— The University of Leeds has one of the largest Trend BMS systems in the U.K., having in excess of 75 LAN’s and approximately 100 000 points. A BEMs officer manages the Trend BEMS controls system, with a second officer tasked with maintaining the extensive metering system utilising Niagara AX/N4 and Niagara 4 with Jace data collection devices in the field. The University of Leeds requires a partner to provide BEMS and metering support to the Academic Estate. This document should be read in conjunction with the relevant supporting documents/appendices listed in the additional tender information section. Academic site: all Trend BEMs systems located within the Academic portfolio are covered by this contract with the exception of the University owned properties located at St James Hospital. Residential properties: are not included within this contract as they are currently covered by a full FM contract provider.
