Description

The Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) is an agency within the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA). NIEA wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide specialist wetland management services using Truxor machinery. It is anticipated that this Contract will commence on the date of Contract award, expected to be in December 2020, for an initial period of three years with two options to extend for any period up to, and including, twelve months each.

The successful Contractor’s performance on this Contract will be managed as per the specification and regularly monitored (see.. Procurement Guidance Note 01/12 - Contract Management - Procedures and Principles). Contractors not delivering on contract.. requirements is a serious matter.
