Tenders are invited by STAR procurement, on behalf of Totally Local Company Limited from Organisations with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for supplying and delivering Dense bituminous Macadam, Asphalt Associated Products.

Total Quantity or Scope

This Framework Agreement is for the provision of Flexible Material for Repairs (Patching) and will be used to procure the material required to repair and upgrade the highways network infrastructure.
