Description

North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) (hosted by and acting through Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust) in collaboration with Crown Commercial Service, East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, NHS Commercial Solutions and NHS London Procurement Partnership (working together to deliver health workforce services under the banner of the Workforce Alliance) is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework agreement with multiple suppliers aimed at providing national permanent and fixed term clinical staffing recruitment solutions intended for access by all UK public sector bodies including central government departments and their arm's length bodies and agencies, non departmental public bodies, NHS bodies, local authorities, devolved administrators and emergency services and other bodies who will be named in the OJEU contract notice.

In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative no longer intend to continue with the competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice despatched on 19 August 2020 under reference 2020/S 160-391192 for the above contract. For avoidance of doubt North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) will not be awarding a contract under this tender procedure and associated PIN.
