Description

The Small Works Framework will be a multi-supplier Framework Agreement. ORE Catapult has undertaken an assessment of their requirements and has deemed this Framework Agreement to be suitable for division into the following six (6) Lots: • Lot 1 - Small Construction Works; • Lot 2 - Plumbing & Heating; • Lot 3 - Electrical; • Lot 4 - Plastering; • Lot 5 - Painting & Decorating; • Lot 6 - Joinery. Tenderers are therefore invited to submit a proposal for any one, combination of, or all Lots. No guarantee, warranty or assurance can be given in relation to the total volume or value of any Services required under this Framework Agreement. The Contractor(s) shall not, under any circumstances, be entitled to payment, compensation, reimbursement of loss or expense, damages or other financial benefit whatsoever on the grounds that the Services provided or acquired differs from or is greater or less than envisaged in this ITT, or as a result of anything contained within this ITT.
