Description

The Authority is seeking offers for (adults and children) and the CCG as an integrated service across the Leeds Health Economy for the provision of enteral feeding pumps, feeds and consumables to hospital sites as specified and the provision of a Home Delivery Service for Community patients within the boundaries of the Leeds Health Economy. Leeds Health Economy comprises the following three contracting authorities: — Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust; — Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust; — Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This requirement is based on an ‘off-FP10’ proposal. The requirement for the Leeds Health Economy is being competitively tendered across four lots in order to provide a responsive, effective solution to the requirements of the contracting authority, patients and other stakeholders.

In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust no longer intend to continue with the competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU notice despatched on 9 December 2020 under reference 2020/S 240-594917 for the above contract. For avoidance of doubt the contracting authorities named in sections I.1) and I.2) will not be awarding any contracts under this tender procedure.
