Description

Southend on Sea Borough Council's Property and Estate Management Group are seeking to establish a single provided contract contract to undertake planned preventative maintenance to air conditioning and ventilation equipment to a portfolio of public buildings, schools and leased buildings within the Borough of Southend-on-Sea. The contract will include undertaking maintenance to a set schedule to each building and to provide a responsive service to attend to any faults reported through the repairs Help Desk.

Renewal Options

The initial contract is for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months plus an option to extend for a further 12 months. Prior to the final contract end date (31/04/2026) we will publish a new tender for the requirement.
