Description

This framework shall have up to a maximum of 8 suppliers with the ability to meet the requirements of the specification and provide all the mandatory 8 core benefits: Core Benefits — Mandatory • childcare vouchers; • car leasing scheme; • technology and white goods scheme; • cycle to work scheme;: • gym membership; • financial wellbeing schemes including access to affordable loans; • leisure and retail discounts scheme including E Gift Cards/E Discount Codes; • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Additional Benefits — Non-Mandatory. These shall include but not limited to the following: • online cycle shop; • total rewards statement; • Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution Schemes (SCAVC’s); • reward and recognition benefits; • buying and selling of annual leave; • holiday scheme; • eyecare scheme.
