Full details of the requirements and how to respond are available in the Information and guidance document which can be found at: https://ppf.bravosolution.co.uk This is a contract for an initial term of 2 years starting from 1 December 2020 and ending on 30 November 2022. The Board and Supplier may, before the end of the initial term, agree in writing to extend this agreement for a further period of up to twelve (12) months. The Parties may also, before the end of the agreed extension period, agree to a further extension of up to twelve (12) months. Accordingly the total extension will be for no more than 2 years.
