Legal Justification
The University is in receipt of Welsh Government ‘Circular Economy’ grants. The University must provide to Welsh Government by Monday 15 March 2021 evidence that funds have been spent and the project has been concluded. Therefore, delivery and installation needs’ to be completed by Friday 12 March 2021. To meet the grant conditions the University will be running this process as an accelerated open procedure advertised both on InTend, Sell2Wales and the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
