Other Information

The range of equipment to be leased in the tender documentation and the values of the Lots are best estimates based on current operational requirements. It is possible that the operations of the Authority may increase within the duration of the framework agreement. Should this occur, the authority may place orders for additional leases for equipment detailed within the tender documentation or close variations to this equipment including other items of plant and equipment. The estimated total value of the framework (GBP 2 624 000) may therefore be exceeded and the indicative range is GBP 2 624 000-GBP 3 424 000. If a tenderer has any queries regarding the content of the specifications, the tenderer should raise this via the Oracle tendering portal's online discussions for this tender prior to the deadline for submitting clarifications as detailed in the ITT Instructions and Guidance document or subject to any extensions by the authority to this deadline. The authority cannot be held accountable for a tenderer's lack of understanding of any requirement set out in the specification which they have not deemed necessary to clarify with the authority prior to the deadline for submitting clarifications. This principle extends to any uncertainty that a tenderer may have regarding the contents of the tender documentation.
