Description

The Council currently uses an online care plan solution in one Adults Residential Care Home (Eric Williams House) for residents capturing all aspects of their care and wellbeing. It has supported a change from outdated processes and paperwork and has provided the ability to isolate performance management reports for individual members of staff. This existing solution's contract is to terminate 30 June 2021. Due to the recorded success of the existing solution six (6) Housing with Care schemes (each with approximately 30 tenants each living in their own tenancies) has been highlighted as an area to expand the current solution. The intention of this procurement is to provide this solution/online care plans for all seven (7) services, tailored to reflect the different types of services e.g Care Home and Housing with Care, the differences include terminology such as Care Home have residents, Housing with Care support tenants in their own homes. The solution must help with managing day-to-day operations within each unit and then enable daily weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting and recording, and provide the ability to capture or input evidence of compliance to CQC Fundamental Standards and the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE).
