Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Facilities for the Treatment of Various Materials from Recycling Centres in Hertfordshire.

Lot Division

1 Mixed Hardcore
  • Value: £992K

The estimated total value of all of the Contracts is stated in II.1.5 of this notice and is for initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extension.For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of the Contract for this Lot will be approximately £205,000 to £248,000 for Lot 1.The Contracts will be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend the Contracts for up to a further two (2) years.Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. 2 Plasterboard
  • Value: £216K

The estimated total value of all of the Contracts is stated in II.1.5 of this notice and is for initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extension.For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of the Contract for this Lot will be approximately £45,000 to £54,000 for Lot 2.The Contracts will be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend the Contracts for up to a further two (2) years.Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. The estimated total value of all of the Contracts is stated in II.1.5 of this notice and is for initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extension.For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of the Contract for this Lot will be approximately £683,000 to £820,000 for Lot 3.The Contracts will be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend the Contracts for up to a further two (2) years.Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Renewal Options

These Contracts will be reviewed at the end of the Contract period. Option to extend the initial Contract period for a further two (2) years, at the Council’s sole discretion.
