Description
Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a not for profit consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 215 public sector organisations including housing associations and ALMO's, local authorities, NHS trusts, education providers, blue light services, government agencies and charities. EEM have also established a formal collaboration with 3 like-minded procurement consortia — Westworks, South East Consortium and Advantage South West. The membership of these three consortia may be obtained from the following website addresses: — www.westworks.org.uk — www.southeastconsortium.org.uk — https://www.advantagesouthwest.co.uk EEM conducted this tender exercise to procure a Windows and Doors framework. The framework was tendered based on the following core lots: Lot 1: Supply Only of Windows and Doors; Lot 2: Supply and Installation of Windows and Doors.

Other Information
EEM intended to procure and enter into framework agreements with multiple suppliers for the provision of the supply, and supply and installation of windows and doors required to maintain and construct domestic housing, public and commercial properties and other buildings that are the responsibility of EEM Members. Due to a lack of response EEM have taken the decision to terminate the process, and not award this framework. EEM intends to extend their current framework, to enable a continuity of work for our membership, and will look to retender the Windows and Doors Framework toward the end of 2021. If you are an organisation that would be interested in providing a response to the retender for the EEM Windows and Doors Framework, due for release in late 2021.
