Other Information

To support the development of the project, the CPCA is keen to engage with the market to understand how it might respond to these options and to ensure the selected route will deliver immediate and long-term commercial benefit to the project. As such the CPCA is keen to engage through two mechanisms - a market engagement webinar where we can share information on the project and the scheme aspirations and through a Request for Information Questionnaire. The CPCA will be holding a supplier event on 15/03/2021 between 13:00 and 15:00 and requested that interested parties express a wish to attend through the e-tendering portal. A link to the event will then be shared the day before the event. In addition, the CPCA has created a questionnaire covering some key points for which it would like market input; interested economic operators are invited to complete and submit the questionnaire through the messaging section of the e-tendering portal as soon as possible. Economic operators that attend the event are welcome to provide additional feedback (also through the messaging section) up until the deadline for engagement. In addition, the CPCA may ask additional questions, in response to completed questionnaires, throughout this consultation period through the e-tendering portal until the deadline for this stage; as such, in submitting a completed questionnaire; economic operators are required to mark as confidential and commercially sensitive any information or questions to which they require our response not to be a public one.
