Description
The National Benchmarking Service and Quest are well established tools that Sport England have developed to support improvements across the sector. They are operated by third party contractors on behalf of Sport England and over seen by an independent board representative of key sector bodies. This tool will support local authorities and their strategic partners to manage and improve service delivery using a framework that consists of three pillars - Performance Management and Improvement, Local Authority Client Support and Assessment/Award. Sport England would like to invite interested suppliers to a Pre-Market Engagement Supplier Event in relation to an imminent requirement for services. The purpose of this Pre-Market Engagement is to: a) Alert the market to a potential opportunity b) Provide an overview of the services at present and details of the proposed new integrated framework and how this will be developed over the next contract period. c) Test the scope and feasibility of our requirements to identify our priorities d) Seek feedback and soft-market testing in order to refine requirements
