Description

DSRL has a requirement for the services of a suitably qualified company to provide maintenance and support of radiometric counting equipment. The radiometric counting equipment (both lab-based instrumentation and plant based, non-destructive assay instrumentation) has been sourced largely from Mirion Technologies (Canberra UK) Ltd. The scope of service will include the following activities: • planned servicing, support, software support, replacement parts and guaranteed breakdown response time for the Non-Destructive Assay (NDA) instruments and radiological analytical instruments. • additional servicing, support, software support, replacement parts and call outs for Non-Destructive Assay (NDA) instruments and radiological analytical instruments.

Dounreay Site Restoration Ltd (DSRL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cavendish Dounreay Partnership Ltd, a consortium of Cavendish Nuclear, Jacobs and Amentum. It is funded by the NDA to deliver the site closure programme agreed with the Cavendish Dounreay Partnership Ltd. Any appeals should be promptly brought to the attention of the contact specified in section I) above and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Any appeals must be brought within the timescales specified by the applicable law, including without limitation, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. In accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the contracting authority will also incorporate a minimum 10 calendar days standstill period from the date information on award of contract is communicated to tenderers.
