Legal Justification
This notice is publishing a novation agreement, therefore no prior publication was required as per clause 72 (1) (d) (ii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. As per the requirement of this clause, a review has been completed to ensure the replacement contractor fulfils the criteria for qualitative selection that were initially established.

The date shown in this voluntary transparency notice Section V.2.1) is defaulted at the date the authority issued the notice. Please be aware that the contract is due to expire on 31 March 2024 with the option to extend for a further 3 x 12 months. GBP 23 000 000 per annum, a total of GBP 69 000 000 for the remaining contract period, up to a maximum of GBP 138 000 000 if all contract extensions provided for are used.
