Legal Justification

This is following protocol 8 of the council’s procurement and award procedures, and follows the latest Government treasury guidance issued in procurement policy note PPN 01/20 with regard direct awards in unforeseen circumstances using regulation 32c PCR2015. The direct award will be for a period of 12 months.
