COV - Legal case management software system

2. II.1.4.

The Council is tendering to contract for a cloud hosted Legal Case Management software system. The contract will include within its scope the implementation, project management, training, data migration, ongoing hosting, subscription / licensing, ongoing support & maintenance and any relative development and/or upgrades required during the term. The contract will also include the ability for the Authority to call off coroners functionality if available from the awarded Supplier during the term of the contract. It is not mandatory for tenderers to have such functionality to tender for the Legal Case Management software system contract and it will not form part of the evaluation; The purpose of including coroners functionality in the scope is purely to allow the Authority to call off and seek efficiencies of having one contract, with ideally one solution, if such functionality is or becomes available during the contract term.
