Description

NCC wish to procure consultancy support services in the delivery of the FACET project. FACET is a ?3.5m project funded through the European Interreg 2 Seas Programme. Over the next two years the partnership (Netherlands, France, Belgium and UK) will encourage entrepreneurs in the tourism sector to apply circular solutions within their company, thereby creating new sustainable revenue models. Norfolk County Council working with Great Yarmouth Borough Council will pilot infrastructure solutions and support businesses. The County Council is looking for an experienced contractor to assist in delivering: o Best practice review with options for the circular economy to thrive via the visitor behaviour change; o Concept proposals for circular economy solutions and business waste, working with local tourism businesses; o Feasibility study, logistics, cost and locations of proposed interventions; o Explore funding and financing models for circular economy in tourism and leisure; o Engage with businesses in a series of value chain meetings to support the development of practicable solutions; o Work with local stakeholders to implement relevant circular economy options for their sector. Evaluate baseline metrics and measure success.
