Description

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is seeking offers from suitably qualified providers of Level 7 Advanced Investigative Skills training and certification which will be delivered to Staff in Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service's (GMFRS) Protection department. These staff have responsibility to conduct investigations, collect evidence, write evidence and give evidence in legal hearings. The staff in this directorate cover fire safety, fire engineering, fire investigation, petroleum / explosives and Operational Intelligence/Water and their investigations will link to these core functions in the department. GMFRS require approx. 50 - 60 learners to complete the level 7 training and gain their qualification between June 2021 and May 2022.
