2. Description of the procurement

In addition to the II.1.4 Short Description, please note the following: It is anticipated that tenders for the community opportunities arrangements will be sought in June/July 2021 to enable new contract(s) to begin from April 2022. This Prior Information Notice is regarding undertaking a Soft Market Test and therefore is not a call for competition. This process does not constitute a formal tender or other competitive bidding process and will not result in the letting of a Contract. The commissioners are using this process solely to test the market to gather information and ascertain the level of interest in this particular service. There are therefore no formal criteria which commissioners will use to judge your responses, and it is not our intention to provide any feedback. To participate in this Soft Market Testing, organisations that may be interested, either individually or as part of a consortium, must complete a Soft Market Testing questionnaire.
