Description

The Services shall include destruction, secure recycling or suitable re-marketing of devices including, but not limited to, mobile phones, blackberry devices lap tops, cameras, tablets, removable media technology, desktop / tower CPUs and servers and other IT personal data storage devices

1 On site destruction

The Contractor will provide a service and the equipment for the destruction of devices that hold data at Police Premises.
2 Data Erasure and Re-Marketing of Devices that Hold Data

The Contractor shall provide an off-site facility to securely erase all data (included, but not limited to, personal and sensitive personal data as defined in the DPA) held on Devices prior to the disposal or re-marketing of the Devices in accordance with the Contract
