Description
Sport England, UK Sport and Arts Council England have jointly set up a framework agreement for a panel of external legal firms (the ’Panel’) which the 3 organisations will be able to utilise for their specialist legal advice requirements. The proposed framework contract will initially be for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend it for an additional 1 year period (i.e. total length of up to 4 years). The contract has been awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders. The estimated Sport England, UK Sport and Arts Council England collective spend through this framework over the full 4 years is up to GBP 2 546 000.
