Description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System to provide public sector organisations with a compliant procurement route for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of micro-generation scale photovoltaic installations and wind turbines. It is intended the DPS will cover the period from the 14 September 2015 to the 30 June 2020.

The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
