Description

Hook Parish Council wish to appoint a Contractor who has demonstrated their ability to work collaboratively with both the Council and key Stakeholders to develop, and consult on, costed options for a replacement Skatepark whose indicative build cost is of order two hundred thousand pounds. Also, a demonstrated ability to assist in obtaining grant funding for the whole, or a substantial part of, this Community Project would be a requirement of the successful Company. The Scope of Works in Stage 2 of the Contract would be dependent on funding for the whole project being secured. Then, the Contractor would be required to prepare construction details and delivery plan for the optimal solution and construct the design solution to a high quality finish that would be durable and fit for purpose.
