BWC Management Services Ltd also known as Vital Services are a wholly owned subsidiary company of Birmingham Women's' & Children's NHS Foundation Trust formed for the purpose of providing Estates & Facilities Services to the Trust. The project involves phase 1 of upgrading HV and LV services by constructing the plant room to house HV and LV plant including external builders' work.
