Description
The Cluster for Epigenomics and Antibody drug conjugate (ADC) Therapeutics (CEAT) is a GBP 2.6 million project, led by the Reproductive Biology and Gynaecological Oncology (RBGO) group at Swansea University Medical School and is aimed at developing new therapeutics for the treatment of ovarian cancer. A key output of the CEAT project is to establish a developmental pipeline for bioAFM applications in clinically acceptable in vitro and ex-vivo disease models, providing molecular, cellular and tissue level morphological, topographical and biomechanical information to support epigenomic investigations and the development of advanced therapeutics. As part of this requirement we have identified the need to loan specific bioAFM advanced technology from a reputable, commercial supplier, providing hybrid instrumentation compatible with current bioAFM facilities within SUMS.
