Description
Supplier engagement notification for framework opportunity. Prior to starting the formal tendering process, the Coal Authority will host two supplier engagement events via Zoom. The purpose of these events are to provide further information about this requirement, the tendering process and to invite feedback and questions from potential bidders. Dates/times - Tuesday 23 March 2021 14:00 Thursday 25 March 2021 14:00 Interested parties should email Helen Baldwin - helenbaldwin@coal.gov.uk to book a place or if there are any queries about this requirement. Requirement Overview - Emergency Call Out. To respond to public safety incidents on a 24 hour/365 day basis. The initial emergency response is to attend a public safety incident within 4 hours of notification and erect temporary fencing and warning notices (within 6 hours of notification) to ensure the hazard is secured. Subsidence Damage Repair and Decorating Undertaking repairs and decorations to domestic properties through the regions specified. All works will follow an agreed schedule of repairs and decorations that may be varied by agreement with the Authority.
