The delivery of responsive repairs, voids and major works to properties owned and managed by Housing for Women.

Total Quantity or Scope

The works required by Housing for Women mainly include but are not restricted to: - Responsive repairs including an out of hours service - Void refurbishment works - Major Works including disrepair, planned works and project works

Renewal Options

The Contract will be subject to annual reviews and run for a period of 5 years with the option for renewal, as decided by Housing for Women, by extension of up to a further five years in five one year extension periods. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore ten years.
