Description
The maintenance, repair, supply and installation of automatic and roller shutter doors and associated equipment to Higher Education (HE) Institutions and other listed organisations throughout the UK and Further Education (FE) institutions in Scotland which includes all members, associate members and their associated and affiliated bodies of APUC Ltd (Advanced Procurement Universities and Colleges), HEPCW (Higher Education Procurement Consortia Wales), LUPC (London Universities Purchasing Consortium), NEUPC (North East Universities Purchasing Consortium), NWUPC (North West Universities Purchasing Consortium) and SUPC (Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium) as detailed in Appendix E – List of Institutions.
Lot Division
1 | Scotland: Central and South The purpose of this lot is to provide the maintenance, repair, supply and installation of automatic and roller shutter doors and associated equipment to all Institutions and their associated and affiliated bodies within Central and South Scotland as listed in Appendix E – List of Institutions under Lot 1. |
2 | Scotland: Highlands and Islands The purpose of this lot is to provide the maintenance, repair, supply and installation of automatic and roller shutter doors and associated equipment to all Institutions and organisations and their associated and affiliated bodies within the Highland and Islands Scotland as listed in Appendix E – List of Institutions under Lot 2. |
3 | North West (including North England, Northern Ireland and North Wales) The purpose of this lot is to provide the maintenance, repair, supply and installation of automatic and roller shutter doors and associated equipment to all Institutions and their associated and affiliated bodies within North West (including North England, Northern Ireland and North Wales)as listed in Appendix E – List of Institutions under Lot 3. |

Form of Tender Tenderers were asked to sign the Form of Tender - Appendix A prior to award to confirm that their Tender Response was a complete, true and accurate submission. Sustain Supply Chain Code of Conduct In partnership with Institutions, the Authority has developed a Sustain Supply Chain Code of Conduct - Appendix D which sets out its expected standards for its supply chain in social, ethical and environmental compliance. Tenderers were to complete the Supply Chain Code of Conduct prior to award to assist in achieving its objectives.
