Description

Southern Water Services will be ooking to award to a single provider to supply the full list of PPE and some consumableson a 4 year initial term with an option to extend for a further 4 years.

Total Quantity or Scope

Looking to award a Supplier contract which ensures protective clothing, with Southern Water branding, is available and supplied to employees in Hampshire, Kent , Isle of Wight and Sussex. This includes Arc flash PPE which protects those working with electricity, prescription safety eyewear and also some consumables (toilet roll, blue roll, hand wash, hand sanitiser etc).

Renewal Options

An initial period of 4 years with option to renew for a period or periods, of up to 4 years (total 8 years)

Pre-Qualification stage will be issued in March 2021. Bidders must submit their response to the PQQ, SWS will rank suppliers as per the criteria set out in the Instruction and Invitation To Tender (IITT).
