The supplier is also experienced in working to the Local Government Benchmarking Framework requirements for establishing performance metrics and indicators and has experience in the process for creating new metrics, including understanding the trend data from the historic data sets gathered from LEAMS, this will be a crucial deliverable of this contract. The supplier holds existing relationships with local authorities through the existing national scheme which will help to facilitate the changes required and ensure support and buy in for transition to the new Litter Monitoring System transition process. Due to the existing relationships and experience, the supplier is able to deliver from the start of the contract, with no “ramping up” or upskilling requires, providing the best chance of delivering the project on time and to budget.
