Description
This procurement exercise is conducted by Hackney Council in order to appoint one provider to deliver both Right to Buy and Shared Ownership valuations for their housing stock.
Total Quantity or Scope
Hackney Council is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide both Right to Buy and Shared Ownership valuations for their housing stock, as and when the Council may require it over the lifetime of the Contract. This procurement exercise is being conducted in order to appoint one provider to deliver these valuation services on a 3-year contract with 2 extension options of 2 times 12 months. The Council manages approximately 22,000 tenanted properties. The Council currently receives on average between 250 and 300 Right to Buy (RTB) applications per year.
Renewal Options
Options to extend the contract a further period or periods of 1-year each for an aggregate maximum extension period of 2 years.
