Servicing & Maintenance of CCTV, Door access, Barriers, Speedgates and Automatic Doors across the University of Derby Estate. All work will generally be confined to University of Derby Estates buildings within the geographical area of Derbyshire, and this will include Buxton and Leek. This Procurement does not extend to manned guarding services

The requirements detailed in this document are, therefore, the minimum acceptable to the University and shall be capable of development where appropriate and relevant.

Renewal Options

The term of the contract is for a period of two years, with an option to extend in annual increments up to a maximum of four years.
