Legal Justification
Mediqual health Informatics Limited has exclusive rights over the eMed renal Systems and are the sole source for support, maintenance and licenses. Access to eMed is essential for ongoing service delivery. This system was previously procured through a compliant route. It is proposed to extend this contract with Mediqual for a further 2 x year period after March 2021 with the option to extend for a further 1 x 12 month period.
