Description

The Works will comprise of the surveying of properties and completion of all necessary treatments and repair works, to eliminate existing damage caused by fungal infestation, wood boring, insect infestation, rising damp, water ingress, leakage and penetration causes of the damage or infestation, dampness and to avoid/ensure against future re-occurrence.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Contract Period will be 2 years (start date to be confirmed at award), with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
