Description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group who have commissioned healthcare services for Garden City Medical Practice,within the locality of the North Neighbourhood of Bury. The practice is currently part of the Bury Primary Care Network and has a registered list size of approximately 4705 patients (as at 01 April 2020).

Total Quantity or Scope

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of Greater Manchester Health & Social Care Partnership (the Contracting Authority) and under co-commissioning NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group (the Commissioner), who have undertaken a procurement exercise to secure provision of an Alternative Provider Medical Service (APMS) to be delivered from Garden City Practice. The current service has circa 4700 patients and a Global Sum contract value per annum of circa 436,104 GBP which is based on list size per patient and is exclusive of, but not limited to, the exclusion of QOF, LES, DES and 6% caretaking fee, rent reimbursement, voluntary levy deduction.
