Description

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (the ‘Contracting Authority’) is awarding a contract to the successful bidder to provide an enhanced, integrated, and sustainable digital mental health solution for children and young people, to deliver early interventions, easy to access online counselling and a wellbeing support service to meet the needs of children and young people living or attending an education setting in North West (NW) London requiring low level, targeted or short-term interventions.

Total Quantity or Scope

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (the ‘Contracting Authority’) has awarded a contract to the successful bidder to provide an enhanced, integrated, and sustainable digital mental health solution for children and young people, to deliver early interventions, easy to access online counselling and a wellbeing support service to meet the needs of children and young people living or attending an education setting in North West (NW) London requiring low level, targeted or short-term interventions. The contract will be for a duration of 3 years, which is intended to run from 1 April 2021 until 31 March 2024, with the possibility of one extension of up to 2 years, subject to any restrictions placed nationally by NHS England or the Department of Health. The anticipated, maximum total contract value (including any potential extensions) is GBP 2 269 735; with an annual value estimated at GBP 453 947. Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust are acting as the Contracting Authority and will manage the contract on behalf of The North West London Health and Care Partnership (NHS Brent Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Central London Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS West London Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, and NHS West London NHS Trust). NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is an agent of the Contracting Authority, acting on its behalf solely to procure the Service.
