Description

Scottish Water is seeking to appoint a single supplier for the provision of a managed service supply in the area of fleet management.

Total Quantity or Scope

Scottish Water outsource the provision of a comprehensive fleet management, maintenance and repair service for its Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs), Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) and Plant (including on-board equipment) to ensure it meets all undertakings required to hold and maintain its goods vehicle operator licence and ensure compliance with requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. Supply of a complete managed service is required across the following service areas commensurate with the operation of a large and diverse widespread public sector utilities fleet including, fleet administration, scheduled maintenance events, reactive maintenance events, tyre management, parts and consumables, maintenance network, mobile app services as well as further related services including asset decommissioning and disposal, driver incident management, driver risk management, electric vehicle management, fines and penalties management, fuel and fuel card management, manufacturer recalls, manufacturer service contracts, manufacturer warranty and SW customer recalls.
