Description
The Housing Executive requires a cloud based commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) IT system that will help to maximise its rental income by supporting and enhancing current systems and associated business processes. The Housing Executive owns and manages approximately 85,000 properties and collects over £300 million per annum in rent/rates income.
Renewal Options
This contract is for an initial 26 month period (Initial Contract Period) with an option to extend for any period or periods up to and including 60 months. The estimated contract value provided in section 11.1.5 in this notice is the Housing Executives estimated value for the total Contract Period including all extension periods.
