Description

Glasgow HSCP is seeking a high quality forward thinking organisation(s) to deliver a 1-2-1 person centred multiple risk service to young people affected by/or at risk from risk taking behaviours. The service will be delivered as part of an integrated team approach within the existing Youth Health Service.

Total Quantity or Scope

Glasgow HSCP is seeking a high quality forward thinking organisation(s) to deliver a person centred multiple risk service for young people affected by/or at risk from risk taking behaviours. This programme will complement the work of the HSCP workforce and partners. This programme of work will provide an important contribution to the young people’s overall wellbeing including components outlined in the mental health improvement framework. The provider will be responsible for developing the programme content, interventions (with agreed outcomes, content and duration) and relevant support resources as required, screening tools, implementing and evaluating interventions and overall service delivery.

Renewal Options

Additional funding may become available during the term of the contract. Additional funding is subject to availability and will be reviewed on an annual basis. Option A is to provide flexibility should additional funding become available and can only be secured by the successful supplier.

Tenderers must confirm that services will be delivered within the stated budget. Tenderers must provide a full budget breakdown. Tenderers must comply with the Equalities Act 2010. Tenderers must confirm that they will comply with the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, and will be able to demonstrate that any service offered will safeguard and uphold the rights of children and young people. Tenderers must confirm that they have robust Child Protection policies and procedures in place and provide a copy of their Child Protection Policy. Tenderers must confirm that they will deliver the service during the operating hours at each Youth Health Service location as detailed section 1. Project Brief. Tenderers must confirm that all staff involved in the delivery of this service will be paid The Real Living Wage. Tenderers must complete tables in section 6 for core and Option A funding.
