Description

The Share Space — Phase 2 project is for the provision of: • an indoor sports arena (RUBB — BVL system or similar) with multi use floor (sprung floor system) • an integral two storey building to accompany the sports arena which will include: — treatment and counselling rooms, — office and conference space, — fitness suite, — strength and conditioning suite, — changing facilities, — multi-purpose rooms, — café, — shared reception space, — mechanical and electrical services, — external spaces including car and coach parking and landscaping. Whilst the project is a standalone project with clear access to the site, it will be constructed within the existing Newforge Country Club site which will remain live throughout the project duration.

Other Information

The cost of responding to the Pre Qualification Questionnaire and any subsequent invitation to tender will be borne by each economic operator. Until the contract is executed all discussions and correspondence will be deemed strictly subject to contract. No formal agreement shall be binding until it is duly executed by representatives of both parties. This procurement is dependent on the availability of funding for the project, which is still to be confirmed in full. Under this contract the successful economic operator/applicant will be required to support wider economic, social, and environmental objectives. Accordingly, contract conditions will relate in particular to social economic and environmental considerations. These will be further detailed at tender stage.
