North East Lincolnshire Council (the ‘Authority’) is inviting providers to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for provision of apprenticeship training programmes. The DPS will also be used by North Lincolnshire Council. North East Lincolnshire Council or North Lincolnshire Council may also access the DPS on behalf of Academy Schools located in the North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire area.

The DPS will also be used by North Lincolnshire Council. … Initially the Dynamic Purchasing System will run for 2 years from the Commencement date. The Authority reserves the right to extend the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System for two 12-month periods. The initial deadline for the receipt of requests to participate is 30 days after this notice is published. Thereafter North East Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council reserves the right to invite operators admitted to the DPS to participate in a further competition process at any time.

Providers may submit a request to participate at any time via YORtender. The commencement date and duration of individual contracts awarded as part of further competition under the DPS will be identified during each further competition. The date and time stated in IV.2.2) is based on the DPS being in place for 4 years (2 years, plus the possible two 12-month extensions). The estimated whole life value stated in II.1.5) and II.2.6) has been calculated using the estimated amount of money paid into the levy by North East Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council annually, multiplied by 4 years.
