Description

The service will provide a range of education and support-based interventions to meet the needs of children, young people, families and professionals/schools who support them around a number of areas, including breastfeeding, sexual health, substance misuse and healthy eating/weight management. Interventions/support will be provided through a variety of mediums and at both the individual and group level.
