Description
Stevenage Borough Council is seeking suitable suppliers for the provision of agency workers via a lotted framework. Suppliers are invited to tender for the provision of agency staff within a specific workforce discipline. The proposed lots are as follows: Lot 1: Waste, recycling, street cleansing and grounds; Lot 2: Drivers (including HGV drivers); Lot 3: Administration; Lot 4: Customer service. This procurement is a restricted (two stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to ‘express interest’ which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. Any questions relating to this tender must be made via correspondence on the website, in accordance with the procurement documents and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted by the system.

1 | Waste, Recycling, Street Cleansing and Grounds Stevenage Borough Council is seeking suitable suppliers for the provision of agency workers via a lotted framework It is anticipated that the framework will commence on 1 April 2021 scope suppliers are invited to tender for the provision of agency staff within a specific workforce discipline. The contract will be structured as a framework separated into lots for each area of the workforce. The proposed lots are as follows: … Lot 4: Customer service Lonsert the below for all framework agreements t 1- 2– tiered call off as staff are likely to be required on the day Lots 3-4 – mini competition lots. Further information is available within the copy ITT documents. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is stated in II.1.5) of this notice and is for the term, together with the individual orders and their possible durations. Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands. There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant framework agreement and the Council will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the established framework agreement. Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the services provided, framework agreement formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Organisations should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their bid, where appropriate. |
