Legal Justification

This notice is published in accordance with Regulation 72 (3) and Regulation 51 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). The play areas inspections and maintenance contract (Contract Reference CU2466 has been extended by the contracting authority from 1 April 2021 until 31 March 2023 by a variation under Regulation 72 (1)(c) as a result of the outbreak of Covid-19. The variation complies with the provisions of Regulation 72 (1) (c).
