Description

This tender seeks to appoint a Principal Contractor who shall provide design and build services for the 5no. single-storey industrial units and 2no. two-storey office units, as well as associated external works and parking areas in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements. The Contractor shall make allowance for full design and construction of the project in accordance with the principles and constraints laid out in the Employer’s Requirements. In the event of conflict within the Employer’s requirements or between this and other documents forming the tender package, the most onerous requirements shall be followed. The Contractor shall take responsibility for the schematic and detailed design of the buildings in compliance with the Employer’s Requirements. The Employer’s Requirements shall be read in conjunction with the Contract and all other contract documentation.
